As a person centered counsellor, I empower individuals to overcome their own personal obstacles. I work in a therapeutic manner which offers a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for my clients to explore their own feelings. I endeavour to support you in your own process whilst maintaining empathy and congruence in my work.

I offer both short and long term therapy, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries working collaboratively on a human level.

I have worked with a full range of different people and have experience in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship troubles, stress, abuse, bereavement, loss of self and mental health issues.

I have obtained a BA (HONS) degree in counselling studies. I have also completed a level 2 course in Counselling skills. My training consists of safeguarding adults and children, adolescent involvement and equality and diversity.

I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
